General Policies

All potential buyers must be 18 years of age or older if not accompanied by a legal guardian.
If a minor is wanting to purchase a rabbit, we will need to speak with a guardian before any deposit is received, or the sale moves forward.
If you are interested in a rabbit we can place a temporary hold for a maximum of 48 hours.
To reserve a rabbit you will need to place a 50% non-refundable deposit to continue to hold the rabbit for an additional 7 days. If the buyer cancels the sale at anytime after this point the deposit is forfeit. If we cancel the sale, the full deposit will be refunded.
If for any reason you are not able to pick up your rabbit(s) before the end of the 7 day holding period you MUST contact us prior to the 7th day in order to make additional arrangements. A feed and boarding cost of $1/day/rabbit may be applied for any additional time the rabbit(s) spend in our barn.

If by the end of the 7 day holding period, or the prearranged alternate pickup date, we have not heard from you we will contact you. You will then have 48 hours to reply or the rabbit(s) will be relisted for sale and any payments made will be forfeit.
All rabbits will be a minimum of 8 weeks before they leave our rabbitry. No exceptions.

Rabbits are live animals, and there is no guarantee of their vigor, performance, fertility, or future health. To the best of our knowledge, all rabbits are healthy when they leave our barn. Any disqualifications or major faults that we are aware of will be disclosed prior to the sale. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the rabbit prior to purchase. Once a rabbit leaves the premises, no refunds or replacements will be issued. No exceptions will be made on this policy.

Unless otherwise stated, all rabbits will be sold tattooed and with a pedigree.

No information on the given pedigree is to be altered in any way! The only exception to this is if the rabbit has been sold with it's Ear#(tattoo) as it's name. In this case please contact us with your chosen name and we will happily reissue you a new pedigree.

It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that you/your transport is available to pick up the rabbit(s) at the agreed upon time and location. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you have an appropriate carrier/box to take home the rabbit in.

We frequent the city of Lethbridge Alberta, and some surrounding areas. We are happy to meet you in a public, neutral location or at a local show. Reimbursement for our gas may be required if we have to go out of our way.
If necessary we are happy to help arrange transport when we are able. Transport is always at the cost of the buyer.

All sales are final.

If for any reason you are no longer able to care for your rabbit, or need to re-home them for any reason we will be willing to take them back, at no cost to us.

By purchasing an animal from us, you are acknowledging that you agree to these terms.
These policies are subject to change at any time for any reason.
